Once we tested the product against predefined quality parameters, package packing is necessary and sufficient for the finished natural stone product to reach the customer. Viet Home Stone (VHS) of Nhat Huy Group – a leading company in the field of natural stone export in Vietnam, has invested in a modern factory with a scale of more than 50,000m2 to ensure the packing and transportation of the products. We operated stone products systematically and professionally.
Viet Home Stone has a process of managing export quality in general and standards for packing goods and wooden pallets in particular for each specific market region. Two primary standards apply to the packing process – Wook rack pallets.
Viet Home Stone applies international standards for natural stone products and sums up our many years of experience in transporting orders to regions worldwide.
1-For B2B customers in the US, Australian market, or large agency customers
- Packing the goods in the correct quantity, safely and reasonably packing for each wooden pallet, carton box for the round crate, round pallet according to the order, if there are changes, we will notify customers in advance for agreement.
- Wood rack pallets are planted, dried, humidity below 18%, clean up to standard, no bark, no termites to avoid damp and moldy conditions.
- Wood rack pallets must be firm; wood rack pallets must be strapped, at least four belts each. Packed with feet 10cm high, 7cm thick, 2cm thick hip spokes, 2.5cm thick base spokes, 10cm wide plate. When closing the split stone, the distance between the spokes should not exceed 4cm.
- Pallet wood does not crack when baling.
- Line the goods with at least one thick layer of nylon and one thick layer of foam to prevent the stone in contact with the pallet from being soaked in the color of the pallet, avoiding chipping of the stone edge and damage to the cave.
- If packing cartons: must use thick boxes, do not distort the box when packing.
- Labels must be clear and professional, prepared by the dispatching department for each shipment according to the name of the goods requested by the customer. Never use single-sided paper as a label.
- The label affixed to one side of the wood rack pallet in a position above the center of the wooden pallet.
- Limit the use of an iron belt to freeze white stone; if used, it must be lined with thick nylon to avoid rust from seeping into the stone.
2-For B2B customers in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and some other European countries:
- Packing the correct quantity of goods for each wooden pallet, carton box according to the order, if there is a change, we will notify the customer in advance for agreement.
- Wood rack pallets must dry, have humidity below 25%, clean up to standards, and have no termites to avoid damp and moldy conditions.
- Wood rack pallets must be solid and wooden pallets must be firmly strapped, at least four belts each. Packaged legs 10cm high.
- The bottom of the wooden pallet must be thick enough to withstand the pressure of lifting the goods during transportation.
- Cover the goods with at least one layer of foam to prevent rusty nails from soaking into the stone, chipping the stone edge, causing damage to the goods.
- The label affixed to one side of the wooden rack pallet in a position above the center of the wooden pallet.
- Limit the use of an iron belt to freeze white stone; if used, it must be lined with thick nylon to avoid rust from seeping into the stone.
