Three primary standards apply to the cargo inspection category in terms of our three central customer market regions. VHS uses international standards for natural stone products for these goods inspection items and synthesizes VHS’s requirements for its creations to bring a perfect product best for customers worldwide.
1. For B2B customers in the US, Australian market, or large agency customers
* Size: length and width tolerance +/-0.5mm, thickness tolerance +/-1mm following other requirements and designs of customers.
* The size of the stone set must be standard in length and width, absolutely perpendicular; the thickness can be +/-2mm if grafted on; it is open.
* Check the size probability of at least 20% for each pallet, only 30-40% of the set.
* Take photos and measure all kinds of goods sent to customers (or sales in charge) before mass production, packing, detecting errors, if any.
* Polished, sanded, honed, antique, etc., standard, reasonable, and even the edge area.
* Except for glued stone, do not glue any stone delivered to a customer or with a warning.
* Goods packed in bales must be clean and dust-free.
* The color of the goods is uniform, and the standard is dark, light, and bright.
* There is absolutely no gold rust or iron ore on the container; you must carefully check each stone when packing. To dry ice, check carefully; if yellow rust is detected, absolutely do not close the goods.
* Stone grading for a polished white stone.

2. For B2B customers in Europe, Japan, Korea…
* Size: length and width tolerance +/-1mm, thickness tolerance +/-1mm for garden stone, polish.
* The size of the stone set must be standard; if it is a bit open, ok, many types of openings.
* Size of stone peeled, glued, length tolerance +/-2mm, thickness 1.2-1.8cm
* Minimum 10% probability size check for each pallet.
* Polished, sanded, honed, antique, etc., standard, even, especially in the edge area.
* Goods packed in bales must be clean and dust-free.
* Item color is moderately uniform unless otherwise stated.
* Stone grading for a polished white stone.
3.For customers who want to request low-priced orders such as split stone, VHS also has quality standards for this group of products.
* Size: length, width, thickness tolerance +/-2mm, thickness tolerance +/-2mm.
* Size of stone peeled, glued, length tolerance +/-2mm, thickness 1-2cm
* Polished, sanded, honed, antique imitation, etc. moderate quality
* Color must meet minimum standards.
